I’m Daniel Guzman, founder of Prymax Advisory. I started Prymax to bring the financial discipline and strategic insight I developed inside large organizations to business owners who need it most.

Before founding Prymax, I spent more than 10 years in corporate finance, FP&A, and controllership across banking, retail (including a national fashion and luxury department store chain), and telecommunications. I've built budgets and forecasts, developed capital plans, led month-end and year-end close, and supported capital adequacy analysis and rating agency presentations for S&P and Fitch. As a key member of the finance team, I owned the development of roadshow decks, investor presentations, and due diligence materials for preferred stock issuances that raised more than $1.5 billion, working closely with Wall Street banks throughout the process.

That same rigor is what most small and mid-sized businesses never get access to in-house. They're making real decisions about growth, hiring, capital, and operations without the forecasting and cash flow visibility that larger companies take for granted. Closing that gap is the reason Prymax exists.

I hold a Master's degree in Finance, and I work with business owners and leadership teams across the U.S. and internationally — in both English and Spanish — helping them understand what their numbers are really saying so they can make more informed decisions with confidence, not guesswork.
